這款西冷扒煎成全熟，當然不及平常愛吃的半熟鮮嫩，但感覺也不是太老，也有一些肉味，肉質纖維厚，頗具咬感。薯角也非常好味，煎得鬆脆。整道也是相當不錯。
This well-done steak was not tough. It tasted rich and meaty and less marbling. Potato wedges were also crispy. Overall it was delicious. Yummy!
幾道菜也有相當水準，雖然價錢稍貴，但仍然值得前去一試。
