這款西冷扒煎成全熟,當然不及平常愛吃的半熟鮮嫩,但感覺也不是太老,也有一些肉味,肉質纖維厚,頗具咬感。薯角也非常好味,煎得鬆脆。整道也是相當不錯。
This well-done steak was not tough. It tasted rich and meaty and less marbling. Potato wedges were also crispy. Overall it was delicious. Yummy!
幾道菜也有相當水準,雖然價錢稍貴,但仍然值得前去一試。
